This will depend on where you are in the USA and at what time you place your order. Orders placed before 4pm each day we will try to ship the same day. We ship out of Ohio, so it can be next day OR it can be up to 5 days or so depending on how long UPS takes to get you your product! On the shipping options page during check out we show you the approximate shipping / arrival dates.
We want all our customers to be happy with our service and products. Opened/Used products (i.e. pretreatments / inks) CAN NOT be returned. Unopen/Unused products will incur at 15% restocking fee.
You can change your shipping address under YOUR ACCOUNT.
We are working to implement a UPS tracking option. As we continue building out our site we will get this up and running!

If you live on the moon – NO. If you live outside the continental USA or Canada, at this time, no. Sorry.
Is the product bigger than a breadbox but smaller than a semi-truck? it might ship in the same box. However, UPS does have a size/weight limit. We will ship the most appropriate way to keep your UPS driver from getting a hernia and keep shipping costs down!
